Text of Complaint by Brajanarayan Mohapatra:

This has happened twice to me. I put order for some items in Jiomart, paid the amount and Jiomart informed me the date of delivery. They didn’t deliver on the date and changed the date of delivery. Again, they didn’t deliver but cancelled the order.
