Respected Sir/ Madam
It is about the repeated and deliberately not delivering the orders even when the amount is already paid. My parents are old aged live in a village in kasganj Uttar Pradesh.. I have ordered some essential groceries from Amazon on 14th may 2021.. the same was not delivered till Now..
Their delivery service people are asking me to come to almost 35km far from my home to collect the orders .
And when I say that this is a home delivery case .. they just say that if you want your order then you have to come and pick it up from their place..Otherwise it won’t be delivered at all…
Being a prime customer I have to face such sort of trauma every single time .. when I order something from Amazon..
I have already made several complaints but none of them were helpful to solve my problem.
Their entire customer service team is a joke in the name of customer service .. First they take the order , process the order ,, hold the order on their own.. and then they return the order without even notifying the customer.. they are misusing the money of consumers and behaving Like so irresponsible people.. they lie and cheat the customer by making false promises ..
They are behaving like dictators and have adopted some sort of monopoly.
Their entire service teams is full of adamancy and insensitive towards the customers grievnaces..
they don’t even follow any sort of citizen charter and not complying the with the delivery standards.
So I hereby request you to take a stringent action against to not to face such trauma again in the future..
