I had loan try cash app Rs3500/ the due date is 12-3-2023,an amount of Rs 5040/ i paid the amount 4050/ through the app, the amount is not record the next day 13 -3-23 , the app authorites is advised to pay the balance amount of Rs 990/ i paid the same the amount is record, but Rs4050/ the app showing due i training to the app authorites the customer care or help line is not responding today itself showing penalty, hence i lodged acomplined against try cash app please verify the amount and take the action
