Hey i took a loan for 4000/- from RUPRUP app.they gave me 2763/- and deducted
(600 fro service fee )
(400 for management fee)
(10/- transfer fee )
(187/- gst )
And My due. Date was 6-9-2022
At first on 5th september a guy on watsapp staetr abusing to pay. Early from the. Due date. And. Then when i said my date was 6th sep then he. Started threatening me that if dont pay back today itself. He. Will viral my photograph with a msg saying BEWARE OF THIS GUY (me). HE IS. A Rapper AND A FRAUD AND GOVERNMENT HAS ORDER A SHOOT AT SIGHT ORDER TO KILL the man in the.photograph (ME) ..to which i reacted saying my due date is 6th. Ill pay on 6th to which he said. He can hack my contact list and spread a message saying I. took a. Loan from him and. Now i m not paying back.
I can said that i am not going to repay. .. and. On 6th sep. from 4:30 in the evening i m trying to pay back and. There server. Is not working and. There is. No other option to pay back them .. it didnot work the. Whole day. So. I just leave it. As customer. Care said please try later.
I tried on 7th. From 9am in the. Morning and. Today is 7th sep only.
I am trying since the morning. And i. Cannt. Pay back them there is not other option on the application … and. I tried contacting the. Guy who threatened me on whatssap but now that number is. Switched off. From 6th evening … and. They have made a penalty for late payment of rs 179.5/-
Now. The. App is. Showing. I have to pay 4179.5/- and. I. Am eilling to pay that too. But. It. Is. Not. Working. I m filling this. Complaint because i dont want to. Pay. Any. Further late fee and. Will not. Pay any late. Fee due to thier server issues or. Whatsoever issue there app is facing. I will only. Pay back 4000/-rs. Please. Help me out. As it can affect my cibil score too
I have. All the. Proofs. Of the threatening from that guy, my responses, application errors , and everypossible proof of this situation.
