I made a payment of RS 752.33 for the fee of bpsc primary school teacher vacancy. Money got deducted from my Paytm bank debit card but it show payment failed on bpsc site.

I made a payment of RS 757.20 for the fee of bpsc primary school teacher vacancy. Money got deducted from my ICICI credit card but it show payment failed on bpsc site. as now transaction fee failure on 09 July . payment cut down two times 757.20 rs.plz resolve this issue. One time should cut down during fee payment.757.20rs
