On 13/12/20, I had called a plumber for wash basin tap leakage from Urban Company (using their APP). He changed the Spindle & left. The spindle was spurious & had full of mechanical assembly problems. Meanwhile, I called Jaguar & got the spindle replaced with a original. Now Urban Clap is not refunding the money in spite of lot of efforts to convince.
