Videocon TV with inbuilt SetTop box for Videocon D2h was purchased by me. The said D2h TV is hanging during booting. A complaint was lodged at the Customer service no. A delayed visit was paid by the engineer and he noticed defect in Mother board and noted the complaint for replacement. After expiry of 10 days another engineer visited and till date i.e. after expiry of 20 days nothing has been done. i am a super senior citizen aged 89 years and can not follow the company regularly
