It is submitted that two (02) in no of Split AC supplied were supplied to Headquarter Eastern Naval Command, Indian Navy vide Invoice number 5563154078 dated 06 Jul 21. 01 Split AC with Model NO – GLS24156WBEL & Ser No – 87KCG06500 has encountered frequent defect viz Power Supply PCB defective, Outdoor unit malfunctioning, Compressor Replacement, Condenser replacement since the installation 10 months. In the recent past there was a defect of cooling coil(Service request- 28042214337708). Post replacement of Cooling coil it was brought out by Lloyd Rep that Power Supply PCB of outdoor unit is defective. There are numerous mail correspondence and telephonic conversation has been done. However, the defect has not been rectified till date.
