This is to inform you that your pole no. BSES JKPC511 situated in front of my home(Address, 4/215 Subhash Nagar West Delhi-110027).
This is to bring into your kind consideration the serious issue we are facing for a long time. I have been living at the above-said address for a long time there are electric poles located in front of my house which is making it difficult for us. It might lead to some serious injury and loss of life if neglected. To my concern and knowledge, I have already complained about it a number of times but no actions took place.
You are requested to take a immediate action to solve this problem & arrange immediate removal of pole.
