I have remitted an amount of Rs.25000/- on 26.06.2023 for the credit of ICICI credit card no 5176 3770 3730 3004 by debiting HDFC credit card 5523 8541 0010 7587, such faci lity is available in MOBIKWIK. The details of beneficiary (self) credit card are available in build available in the wallet and appears always( details of card need not be fed). in the same option, I have remitted Rs.25000/-, by paying Rs. 737.50 as service charges to MOBIKWIK. The same amount has not been credited to my ICICI credit card till date. I have contacted several times to customer care and sent mails upto the level of Grievances Mobikwik. Everybody is informing that TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. and giving wrong UTR no to avoid solving the issue. .Mobikwik asked me to contact ICICI Bank for confirmation. ICICI Bank has also informed that they have not received the amount . I have submiited reply of ICICI Bank & credit card statement to MOBIKWIK. Till date Mobikwik has not solved my issue and I request you to kindly help me to recover Rs.25000/- In the invoice of MOBIKWIK the order ID no is MBK942316079 & OPERATOR REF NO is 302612539741. Mobikwik is always sharing these numbers. I am sharing some of the correspondance mails for your immediate reference
