Dear Team,
 
This is regarding Relocation of my JioFiber Service ID 400122208367 and 10 Digit JioFiber Fixed Line Number 2235957269.  My relocation is pending since more than 4 months, where i have not used a single mb and issue is still not solved.

I have sent an request to Home Move and I got response after 5 days stating that address is incorrect, I have sent the form with writing the address in capital letters (same address which is correct) after 5 days again got an response and stated incorrect address, I have given correct address of both Current and New address, including House number, Flat no, apartment name, street name, colony name, area name, city name, state name and pin code…..I didn’t understand why they are rejecting by the reason incomplete address…customer care people are very lazy and not provided any solution or help, they even not forwarding the call to higher authority or manager and not providing solution to move further, I have sent the details 5 times and 5 times it’s rejected with the same reason, this is worlds most worst service i ever seen, I have recharged for 3 months and I lost 1 month and still connection is not shifted…going to cancel the connection..because I don’t have any option, Please let me know if any one have solution for this.
