Text of Complaint by pushpesh:

I moved from one location to another 2-3 km apart and registered a relocation request after confirming the availability of jio fiber connection at m new flat (as old resident of this flat was using jio fiber connection for internet services). I got call from their local team and they confirmed that service is available at my flat but after their call i got a msg that my order was cancelled due to wrong address. i put another request through my jio app again and same thing happened this time too. i again called customer care and they said the same reason and they offered to get new connection in place of relocation request because relocation is a problem. after long discussion of around 40 min with customer care i again put a relocation request as customer care team assured that this time my request will be fulfilled. but again local team confirmed the relocation address but again my request was cancelled. and when i called customer care to explain the issue and i told to close the connection then customer care rep tried to manipulate me and not listened to my concern about service closure request and after explaining about 30 min they were not taking my connection closure request and again and again asking me the same questions multiple times and harassed me mentally and did not take my closure request even i told them that i will got o cunsumer court.
