Text of Complaint by Ashwini Gadgi:

My subscriber ID is 1203157001. I have applied for relocation to new address on 17th Aug 2023. Technician was supposed to come on 19th August between 2 pm to 4 pm. We were waiting in the old location from 2 pm to 7 pm on 19th August. But no one turned up. Also there is no update from anyone from tata sky.

Also I have been calling the customer care number but there is no action. They only say that we have noted your query.

Is this the kind of service Tata Play is offering to its customers? They don’t value customers. It is extremely disappointing..

Let me know what is the procedure to unsubscribe and claim for the loss.
We have lost the whole day waiting. The old location is far off from new location. We have already vacated the old location.
