Text of Complaint by Jiigar Jhaverri:

Hi Jio team,

i had a jio fiber untill 16th may and i had requested for relocation. I had paid 1111 as per your request too. Its been 15 days now and i am without wifi. Also let me list down the sequence of events,

1) my connection was cancelled on 17th may
2)y set top box and router was collected on 28th may
mentioning that for any relocation, the first step is cancelled and then reconnection
3) Now your personal came today saying its a new connection and whatever balance plan ( i have paid for full year and have 10 months left) will get expired.

Your call center, abruptly disconnect the call saying your cancellation has been successful.

Is this the quality of service i should get

Please resolve asap and fix all the issues.
