Dear sir,
Jio team is making me mental harassment by promising me faking date and time for relocation of my modem, With due respect I would like to draw your attention towards unprofessional behaviour with you team and engineer, I have placed request on 13/07/2023 for relocation my modem, i have got slot for 15/07/2023 between 11 am to 12.00 pm, i have called many time in customer support but I didn’t got any support apart from new time slot, I was waiting since morning till 4.45 pm for my modem shifting, at last customer support reschedule my installation without my confirmation, not a single engineer contacted me, again I received mail or my rescheduled time is 18/07/2022 , for new sale they are having engginer but for current customer no service support, I request you please take action regarding this unethical behaviour in shimla , Himachal paredesh jio team for making foolish and cheating customers.

Currently I am working from home due to unprofessional behaviour i am suffering a lot without my faults, i need necessary action regarding this behaviour, if I am not getting solution by your end I will raise my complaint in consumer coat .

Such kind of unprofessional behaviour cant be tolerated by me. I cant even imagine for new connection i got 10 times call , but for old connection no one allotted.
