I made a payment of Rs.5649.84 on 13.05.2025(transaction ref:TC0000H6WD34) for monthly internet usage plan for an entire year in advance. As I got transfered, on 13.03.2026, I applied for a relocation with order no.NO0001CB2JTM. I got a call from customer care on 14.03.2026 about my reloaction request around 12.00PM.I told her that no one has come to pick the device in my present location and since I was shifting on the day, I asked her what to do. She told me to disconnect the device and carry it with me to my new location and hand it over in the new loaction. I shifted and on 16.03.2026, a service person came to do the process, which when equired saif it failed. I again called customer care and they sent some one for the process. Since, then I have been continuously calling customer care for my jio connection but to no use. On 24th I dropped a mail to jiocare to resolve the issue or make a refund of the entire amount including MY EXISTING PLAN BALANCE AMOUNT WHICH IS RS. 1432.67+1200. to my utter astonishment I get a message of cancellation of my jio connection and refund of Rs.1200/-.
Firstly, I didn’t ask for cancellation but a solution to my issue, but if you are issuing a refund then make a refund of the entire amount of my existing subscription also.
I opted for relocation because of existing prepaid plan and paid for it also. If you couldn’t fulfill my request you shouldn’t accept the request. This is clearly a breach of customer trust, and endless daily battle with customer care. Loss of internet faciolities from 15.03.2026 till date, inspite of paying ahead for the entire period till 13.05.2026. There has been no appropriate response for my concerns via phone or email. If my concerns are not addressed immediately then, I will be compelled to approach consumer court for justice.
