Text of Complaint by Vikram Radhakrishnan:

I had applied for relocation end of Feb 2021 & your executive came in and disconnected the STB. After I moved to the new location I raised a request to reconnect but there’s no response from your end even after multiple reminders. It’s going to be close to a week, is this how the dice rolls on your end. It’s a very simple procedure, all you’re executive needs to do is to open up the port & crimp the other end of the cable & plug it into the STB. To do this simple procedure you clowns are putting up a scene as if it’s damn rocket science. Every time I call the support center the response is “It will be resolved as soon as possible or we’ll fix it at the earliest” There’s no calls or texts stating that an executive has been assigned to my concern.
