i purchaged ponds face wash yesterday from reliance smart point, in the product section they are offering 22 rupees off on that product but in my bill they only discounted only 11 rupees when i complaint about that to the sales person they are not accepting their fault and ask me to purchase on higher price and telling me bill is prepared so they are not accepted return.
and also for one product the price tag ogf the produc was 79 on product section but they charged 113 rupees and after raising complaint they told me this sticker is old this is september price list .
