So I went to Reliance smart baazar of Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West sector 4, 201308.
I paid with UPI of Rs 683.55 via Axis Bank UPI. My money got debited from my bank with successful transaction message but the manager didn’t let to take my purchased items because he says the money hasn’t been credited to him. Also at my end it’s clearly visible that the money has been debited to Smart baazar frdm.
At last manager name AJAY RAJ SHARMA said that this happens on a daily basis with 6-7 customers everyday.
Naveen was the billing agent who billed up. Also at last we only had 683 rs with us but even after paying we walked out of the store without our grocery and other household stuffs.
