My personal feedback to all my friends that not take any resq service with paying high price; it is better to donate this money to charitable organization rather to pay to Resq, it’s a spam, they over charge, so bad attitude.
The service centre ‘Penguin Service, Kolkata’, charged me to replace this part with a whooping INR 4800.00 where the same part is easily available in market both in online & offline at not more than 3000 – 3200 INR range.
The matter did not stop here as well because the receptionist Ms Rakhi Das’s attitude towards me in the entire process is so rude as if I am taking a free service from her and she is so disturbed by me. Even when asking for the explanation of the high price she did not bother to explain to me rather she told me that ‘You should have done the service from the market if our price seems high’.
Let me remind you Ms Rakhi Das that you are not giving us a free service – a service charge of INR 3599.00 I paid to get this resq service.
Rest be assured I will never take this spam Resq service for any device I purchase.
