With due regards I would like to say you that you had been paid an amount of Rs. 80630 (in word : Rupees Eighty Thousand Six Hundred And Thirty), from the Kotak Mahindra Bank Account (NO. 4612514825) to your SBI account (No. 20261522577)through NEFT in installments (Rs. 32550, dt. 20/05/19, Rs. 20480, dt. 24/05/19, Rs. 27600, dt. 07/06/19) for the purpose of tower installation by your company. But with regret I am to inform you that no representative from your end had come on due date for confirming the agreement. So now I would like to inform you that the necessity of the purpose has been ended and you are requested to refund the said amount within 7 (seven) days after receiving the letter to either at the Kotak Mahindra Bank Account or in the account of the undersigned.
