I had purchased Lloyd’s AC in the year 2022 from reliance digital and they offered their 5 years RESQ plan where the services of the product will be done by them..I took the RESQ plan for 2 years which costed me additional approx 10k..the AC is due to be serviced and have spoken to various agents with no assistance ..they always say that we will send someone and that someone never calls or visit..it’s been such a pathetic service by reliance that I would advise people not to avail such facility from them ,rather call the brand directly to get it serviced..Request # 8058778283.. unable to log a service request on the RESQ app as it states to dial the call center number and when you call they fail to log a ticket..I have been calling them everyday from 29th May until 3rd June and the ticket actually got logged on June 1st with a service date of June 3rd, unfortunately still none came for a visit..
