Complaint no 8058204162,
Over 38 emails exchanged with Customer care email ids and escalation email ids at RD

I have purchased 2 LG A/cs (1.5 Ton – 5 Star) from the Reliance Digital Store in Inorbit mall in Hyderabad on 30 March 2023.

One of the two A/c had been damaged at the time of installation and needs to be replaced. I have been plagued by non responsive after sales teams and I do not see a timely addresal by the current team.

Purchased date – 30 March 2023 ( Mussakir was the sales manager in the store)

Delivery date – 31 March 2023

Installation on – 02 April 2023 (by Vinod of Reliance digital)

Vinod arrived at 11am in the morning and took over 8 hours to install 2 split A/cs!!!!! despite installation not being completed, saying that technicians will be leaving at office, they collected OTP for completion of installation. they completed the work at 9:30 pm that night.

03 May 23, – Complaint raised on the defective installation of the A/c which resulted in a leakage in the valve, and the A/c not working. I had asked for a replacement as a damaged valve is a long term problem.

Since then, RD technicians after multiple followups and requests and escalations, have visiting agreed it is their installation issue and took photos for replacement.

However, since then they have not arranged for the replacement. numerous emails have been sent to the RD team and they are shifting the blame to LG that they need approval from LG but are refusing to share the details of the date of communication to LG.

There is no satisfactory update from RD and they respond in a templated fashion, with no update on an expected resolution date.

Today the 2nd of June, marks 30days since complaint with no resolution in sight.
