I have purchased a television from the reliance relie and it has been a long time they have not installed it durle to lockdown unable to visit the store for queries. The customer support is not working. If i call on the store the call doesn’t get connected and when i call directly to the reliance digital customer care the bot waste the time of 10 minutes to connect the call and then when the call is connected the person says hello and it gets disconnected. No customer support its a very big issue they are taking a long time to install it. And so for service they will be wasting your whole year so please don’t buy the products of reliance reconnect brand.
