This is in reference to the registration fees paid of rs 899 ( refundable). No payment of GST and CGST PTF and NEFT charges was mentioned at the time of registration. It was mentioned only at the time of releasing of payment. Projects plan -A done and submitted the work one day before prior to the submission date on 5th July 2022.
Received email from mr. Rajiv patil the salary + 899 + incentive has been confirmed. So let them know if any discrepancy. I forwarded the mail it’s clear please go ahead and release the payment
After few minutes received mail will have to pay GST to release the payment which will be refunded at the time of payment.
I like a fool trusted in the company that the salary will be released.
After again few minutes later received email from GST helpdesk that there was a miscalculation have to pay another rs. 8709 for CGST to release the salary which will be refunded at the time of payment. I trusted in the company and paid another amount of rs. 8709 for CGST. After again received the email from GST department to pay rs. 17,230/- for PTF number. Again like a fool paid as long it will be refunded. Paid again. PTF number was given shared with Mr. Rajiv. Then again received email from GST department to pay another rs. 23,000 to release for NEFT charges since the amount is huge so cannot release unless pay the NEFT charges.
I refused to pay. Tell me how many transactions in a day. Is the GST department is not aware or just looting money from. The accounts department so illiterate have no knowledge of accounting.
I told her mr. Rajiv that i cannot pay such a huge amount.
Mr. Rajiv said that send an email to terminate the job and to refund my money.
I sent the mail mr. Rajiv said that it will take 45 days. I questioned him he said it will be done in 15 days if i pay the termination fees. I replied there was no legal contract so why the termination fees. He replied that legal contract is done when the second project is given.
I replied so will not pay the termination fees. Release the refundable amount at least if not the work done
Now after all this payment done in 1 day on 5th July and communications in 5th July and harassment.
Now my decision is to file a case in the CONSUMER COURT . TAKE A LEGAL ACTION . AND RECOVER THE REFUND AMOUNT AND PENALTY CHARGES ( I HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE WITH MR. RAJIV AND GST DEPARTMENT. AND THE RECEIPTS OF THE PAYMENTS DONE.
WILL FILE AN FIR AGAINST THE COMPANY AND PROCEED TO CONSUMER COURT.
JUST WAIT AND WATCH. WILL PUBLISH THE MATTER IN SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL . HOW YOU MAKE A FOOL OF SINCERE PERSON WHO WANTS TO WORK.
