Recently I order footwear from meesho. but The size of the heel is smaller so i chose to return it. after clicking to return option I received a message that the pickup address is not serviceable. So they said I have to self ship the product to the address they have given to me.
So I did it on 21july……via DTDC courier service…..the parcel delivered on 25 July…..after all the meesho service provider said we are sorry but we are unable to give you your return back.as the service provider said he doesn’t receive the product.
I share the tracking screenshot through the email to meesho service provider. Still the refused to give me my return back.
It’s 9 August today still I didn’t received my money back.
