On 16 th August I was booking flight from goibibo app but during the payment which I had done through the UPI of Paytm the payment was done as shown by Paytm and also my money got deducted from my account but my flight was not booked and also along with that I had not got any message from my bank account regarding the deducted money. Also I would like to inform that I donot have any information about the flight for which I made payment but I do have the payment proof in my Paytm account history.Till now I have register complaint to my bank account and from there I was informed to contact with the website of goibibo but I’m not able to contact with goibibo customer care number. So with great believe in the consumer complaint court I would like to register a complaint against goibibo app.
