Text of Complaint by devendra singh:

Hello my name is Devendra singh i own a coaching institute in Prayagaraj uttar pradesh. I have an airtel broadband connection named devendra singh and number is 05324009328. On date 19 Aug 2021 it was showing red light i called to airtel customer care they register my complaint by complaint number 135823774 they sent a sms having engineer name Akash_ald without mobile number.They said that he will visit on 19 Aug 2021 between 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm but that engineer did not contact me even he did not call a single time .Again i called to customer care and they again said that problem will solve in next day and sent a sms contains engineer name sarvesh kumar and mob no 8090857697 this number dont have incoming call facility (lol..) .. till 23rd aug 2021 they used to send me a sms that my request has been resolved i dont who gave them this information without contacting me that my request has been resolved… but my connection did not got any response,it was showing red light(SEE VIDEO). on 23rd Aug 2021 mid night they sent me a sms that my complaint has been closed, i called again customer care then they again open my request and sent a smS that my request is in progress , after playing this game with our customer care experts, i was defeated and then called on 24th august 2021 a local support number 05324001286,this number is always busy in non working hours there is a lady ( i dont know her name ) she told that problem will be solved at evening but that day no one contacted me , again i called her (on 05324001286) on 25th she said same dialog. Today on 26th august she assured me that problem will be solved till evening so i called her at 4 pm today she said that engineer is having lunch he will go to your premises at 4:30 i called her again at 4:48 pm she said that engineer is on the way to you , i called her at 5 pm this time she said that engineer was sick and left for home i was shocked , i said you lied to me , this time she said that she was not for me , she said that airtel dont pay me so i am not responsible for your problem you are customer of airtel not mine bla bla ,i have attached a call recording you can clearly listen conversation , apart from this airtel costumer care also acting that they dont know anything about my problem , they are just excusing in form of time 1 hour 4 hours etc ,
From 19 of august 2021 my broadband connection is not working , who is responsible for this? , my coaching is depended on online work and for this i need a proper good connection ,i dont have any option because in this area only airtel serves good internet speed . otherwise i had switched to another company . but, this is misbehaving with customer. you only work for your profit . no one is available for customer.i want immediate intervention from your side ,and readdressal of my problem immediate this should be stop, otherwise i am going to take legal action against airtel and others also who are involve in this fraud.
