- I complaint two time in customer care service . First is 23 march ( complaint number is – RAJ-V00381798800 ) and second is today 26 march ( complaint number is – RAJ-V00385660034 ).
- I submitted the complaint then i was calling on 23 march in customer care then Vodafone customer care service reply me that complaint was solved on 26 march then you use your internet .
- First i am vishal meena and i used Vodafone from last 6 years my contact is – +91 9672634570 . And i recharge every month approax 400 Rupees ( 3 months / 89 days app. ) Then Vodafone Care increase the rate of recharge amount app 700 rupees then i said ok – koi naa 500 ka krwate waha yh bhi krwa lenge sahi h …
- Now 23 march i received internet issues i use only WhatsApp other app not working in internet, using internet speed is 10 kb to 60kb then i raised complaint about this then i was call customer care then his/her said me – app chinta mt kro sir complaint 26 tk slove ho jayegi but ab jb . Now i call again on 26 march then his said me wait for 31 march .
- You tell me first i received 4 gb data daily for my uses , 23 march to 31 march , total 9days * 4 GB = 36 GB .
- Who paid for this 36 GB data useless for me why ? Tell me Vodafone care tell me ..
- My network is good 4 tower show in my mobile VO LTE show then why this fucking issue tell me who pay for this useless data …?
