With reference to the order no..OD123245764643488000, it is stated that the delivery of the washing machine was done on 3rd November 2021. The washing machine was broken from the bottom and water leakage problem was there. On th day of delivery, the delivery executive dragged the product from the main door of my house to the bathroom in order tearing the packing box apart. Now on 4th November 2021 I have requested the return of the product and the delivery team denied to pick the product due to the cardboard box. Without any fault I am suffering due to this small issue. Resolve this problem asap and return my money back as soon as possible.
