I have ordered a pair of Reebok shoes (Blue) color.
when i received the order it was PINK. So I initiated a return request for the product.
It took a long time to pick up, so I raised a request for the same.

The executive who came to pick up FOUND THE PRODUCT INTACT but couldn’t find Serial number on the Barcode of the Reebok box and he denied return and asked me to talk to customer care.
After that, every customer care executive assured me of my return and asked me to wait.
Subsequently after each call they asked me to raise a request for return and 5 to 6 times it was rejected for no reason.

Finally, when I told them to resolve ASAP, otherwise I would have to report to consumer grievances, as I can not invest 30 min a day for this matter, they blocked my account saying there are more returns in your history.
This illegitimate reason was given that too on main.
I have not faced such a problem as I have been a regular customer at flipkart.
