Rejecting to accept Cancellation policy written on Bus Tickets just fooling customers

Hello,

My paytm order id :-16031914353

I booked 2 bus ticket for 14 nov 2021 from Malkapur to Mumbai Journey.

I paid total 3900/- for this journey.
Travelers Names:-

Suyog Kanade
Tejasvi Kanade

My Boarding Time was 7.30 pm

But due to some reason I wanted to cancel both the tickets.

To cancel that both tickets I read Cancellation policy which was given to me in printed format on tickets.

According to cancellation policy mentioned on tickets I was eligible to cancel both tickets on 14 nov 2021 till 7.29 pm with 100% refund.

To cancel tickets I was trying from 3 pm on 14 nov through paytm app using cancel ticket option.

Till 4.30 pm on same date I was unable to cancel my ticket due to technical issue from Paytm end which was informed to me by paytm customer care executive Lucky on call .

When I realised that tickets are not getting cancelled from paytm app I called to bus helpline number given on tickets.

Customer care executive on call also told me that ur eligible for 100% refund and he also tried to cancel same tickets from his system but he was also unable to do so.

Then Mr. Lucky said to me that” Mam don’t worry this is technical issue. I will forward that to our technical team. Sure u will get 100% refund as per cancellation policy written on tickets.

Around 7pm on same day 14 nov before boarding time I gave a call to paytm again to chk status of my cancellation of tickets that time also I got same reply that… “Mam don’t worry u will get ur 100% refund”
So I said ok.

On 15 nov I gave again a call that time ur executive is saying that ur are eligible for 0% refund… How ridiculous ?it is…. Just fooling customers… ?.. As per cancellation policy written on ticket I want my refund back.

About that same thing I got some dispute with supervisor name Sourabh… And he said u will get response within 72 hours… Just wait and have a faith on us.. So I said Ok… I will wait.

After 3 days today again I gave a call to check my complain status so I was totally surprised ?.

That guy said bymistaly it’s printed on tickets that u will get 100% refund… Just to fool customers… But it’s ur printing mistake… And why should one customer should bare ur mistake.

Any how before handing over anything to customers u have to chk it 100 times for accuracy as customers will read that cancellation policy only. It’s not customer fault it’s paytm mistake only.

Now u r saying cancellation policy is changed…u will get 50% only…..why???
U supposed to inform that to customer….
but how the customer will come to know that…..whatever policy is mentioned on tickets,customer will refer that only…am I right?…

Now Paytm is denying to give 50% also….what is going on…

Even though ur 2-3 executive told me that u r eligible for 100% refund on call on 14 nov & 15 nov. It means u don’t have any trained employees.. Ur employees are giving wrong information to customers… This is just ridiculous service.

As per policy I want my 100% refund back. As this is ur technical problem as ur Cancel ticket option was not working through apo and not even in the system of ur executive.

Technically u r weak and why customer should suffer???

Give me my refund back.
