OD328115916592849100- Flipkart order got delivered to me on 22nd may.it was an open box delivery but still i wasnt shown the product before confirming the delivery of the order. size fit issue so immediately raised return request. first pickup was rejected because “serial number” wasnt matching. talked to customer care after that ,they said pcikup will be done again . since then 5 pickup have been rejected because of same reason despite the product being in the perfect condition. raised tweets against the company, received false consolations stating the product will be picked up. a flipkart senior executive even cross checked the style code with me and assured it will be picked up again. talked to hundreds of executives and escalation team but to no effect.
