I ordered a Crihase Cricket Shoe. Got completely different product. Since the day(30th Aug 2022) I received the product, I submitted return request (6 times) all to be rejected. Out of despair I submitted return request citing not fit. On the very day Flipkart blocked my account. It is yet to be unblocked. On pickup the ekart employee said it was a different product.
Customer care says backend team will contact me, but never happened other than rejecting request quoting “vendor confirms the product is intact”. They mask the higher authorities who are over the senior customer care executives. Keeps telling me that I can’t escalate the complaint further.
I have provided my ID proof as they asked for. It is said that it is to authenticate my account. But accuses of me not having last name as in the ID proof for the account. Even though they are running it through some third party software I risked my ID for the sake of refund, and in vain.
As I ordered to a different address than that my ID proof says, they are asking to risk the ID of the on I addressed the package to.
