Sir I already complained here. After complaining here Flipkart took my refund request on 22 nov and told me , there will be a technician visit on or before 6 dec. If the technician approved then Flipkart will approve my refund request. Flipkart told me technician will call me before visiting. I got a call from Flipkart social media team on 3rd December, he told me, in 24 hours I will get a update about Technician. But today 5th December,no update from Flipkart neither technician contacted with me.My laptop name is Acer aspire 7 .
