Sir/mam I already complained about my problem. But again I am writing it because they changed the reason on there own.Let me describe from first, I bought a Acer aspire 7 laptop through Flipkart. And this is defective from inside. So I can’t find it in delevery time but it’s looking good from outside.Some thing is not attached perfectly. That’s why a abnormal sound coming from the unit.After I complained here about they are rejecting my refund and forcing for DOA certificate but from Acer brand they there is no need for DOA certificate for replacement or refund, Someone from social media team from Flipkart called me and Raise a refund request. In call I told her the real reason that something is broken inside and a minor sound coming from the unit,and she agreed with that and told me there will a technician visit for checking.but when I the the app there is showing that I requested for refund for battery issue.Then I called Flipkart to know why they changed the reason they are saying this is reason mentioned in there system.Then I emailed them that why they changed the reason. They are not giving any type of reply. That’s why I am complaining again. I don’t know what to do.
