Text of Complaint by Md Suave Rahaman:

I recently ordered a laptop from Flipkart.After delivery I noticed a minor abnormal sound coming from back of the display. I immediately called Flipkart and told about that they told me to talk with laptop brand customer care which Acer. Then I called Acer customer care they told me that they will send a technician to check the laptop and to check that my problem is real or not . 20th nov Technician came and after checking he told me that there is really a broken sound inside the display,also gave me a CCR report and tell me I have to show the report to Flipkart the CCR report. Then I contact with Flipkart again and raise a refund request and send the CCR report picture. Then after sometime they cancelled my refund request and asked me for DOA certificate, I asked them where I will get the DOA certificate, Flipkart told me to contact with brand,I contact with acer again I told them the problem,Acer told me to send an email regarding DOA certificate, reply came from Acer that there is no need for DOA certificate for replacement from Flipkart. But Flipkart forcing me for DOA certificate and telling they will not give me the refund I not give them DOA certificate.

Please help me I am stucked in this two brand I already shared the screenshot of email from acer but Flipkart keep rejecting my refund and not giving me any type of resolution.
