 I received the wrong product on flipkart. It is a mobile phone of different colour. I have asked for return request but they have rejected after 3 weeks or endless hours of phone calls. Initially the product description was white lily but it was changed to meteorite grey after a few days i filed for returns. We called them about this but they said it was fine and process would go smoothly. They kept delaying it for  3 weeks saying I did not upload photos I called them many times regarding this some said it was fine i sent by mail. So we sent by mail immediately. But then said mail was not valid. It took sometime since the app and the website was not accepting image. It was technical error from your part since it did not work across multiple devices. i followed the instructions thoroughly for uploading photos.then they raised the issue again and again I had sent photos via mail again since the app and website was not working across multiple devices. After talking few times they said okay by mail. Then a person called and confirmed details and said things were fine. Then they rejected my order out of blue saying order wrong colour by mistake and that they have sent the right colour. I have called them later and they said that I ordered wrong colour and it is my fault. In invoice it says white lily colour luckily or else would not have proof. These are very manipulative tactics by flipkart or seller giving wrong colour and changing description. I am not the only one who has faced this issue. You can check the review and you can see multiple people getting wrong colour. I have talk to your flipkart customer executive and they are blaming me for place placing for wrong colours. After weeks of confirmation the change in product description would not matter they have said that i ordered wrong colour and it is my fault. Your customer executives cause great distress everyday by making me talk to them hours everyday with just telling me to wait 24 hours everyday and no solution in sight. They tell they escalate the issue but nothing happens. Since your service and especially your customer service has given me so much of grief and solution that I have raised a complaint in government consumer helpline. I hope you would refund my money and close the case swiftly. You have also already sent a credit note but did not send money. My order Id:OD225212162037374000
