Dear Team,

Reference trip ID- JPSN713W5, i am still awaiting for my reimbursement amount as per the bill shared on 26th june.

Its more than 3 weeks now from my trip date and still the reimbursement amount is not paid. This is a very poor service and now its a harassment to customer service.

On my trip 26th june i have faced many problems with the car and on top of it this reimbursement delay.. it feels. Like you company is cheating on me and you are a fraud company. You are not worried about your customer and very very poor in customer service.

Pay my reimbursement amount immediately.
