I have ordered twice with prepaid but both times my order has been cancelled repeatedly by jiomart.
I have made payment of rs. 371.55 on 25th by gift card and my gift card was expired on 31st oct, already confirmed with the customer care executive that my order should not be cancelled because of my gift card will be expire on 31st and she has provided confirmation that the product will be deliver to you and order will not be canceled. but my order got cancelled on 30th.
I have sent multiple mails and asked Jio to provide refund either to my another bank account or credit to my jio wallet but till date i have not received any confirmation or refund.
