Hi, I had booked for colive rooms about 2 months ago in Bangalore. Due to some unfortunate reasons, I had to cancel my stay there and shift to some other place. The colive people took my registration money of rupees 1999,without me even availing any of their services. Niether did they mention even once to me at the time of registration that they won’t give the money back even if I don’t take their room.Now, they have kept my money and don’t respond or take calls saying that it’s their policy .
