I recently purchased new car(ELITE i20 ) on 9-DEC-2018 fromDealer-> Raj Hyundai-Malviya nagar ,from sales consultant name-Mr Nishant Chaudhary and Miss Komal Dhawan. Till today’s date which is 17 Jan-2019(which is more than 1 month of time now), they have even not applied my permanent registeration number ,due to this i am unable to receive permanent number/RC for my car . I multiple times try to reach their agent Nishant Chaudhary who doesnot pick my phone always. so i am unable to get the status for the same. As i have taken loan from SBI bank and I need to submit copy of RC within 40 days after delivery of the car to SBI bank So if i am not getting the RC from your side within 40 days then SBI bank will put a late fee charge on me and it will be loss to me sadly speaking. These people are taking very much casually to my phone calls and status update + non responding behaviour always .
