Dear Sir,

I am customer of Air Tel since 13 years My mobile number is 9860844503, today i have done recharge of Rs. 169 as shown in my offier of airtel. My data pack balance is zero. I think after recharge it will be active and I can do some important work from internet by mobile. but it still not working. So i apporch to customer care excutive also taking with senior excutive of airtel. I requested to solve my problem but they replied you have different plan up 30 Jan 2019. If you want to start internet, then you have to do recharge for datapack. How this is, i dont understand. If they are showing recharge of Rs. 169 along with offer in my number offer today then why they not applicable today also. The said this offer is enjoying after expire of current period. that means they collect money from today by showing my offer and using my money of Rs. 169 for a period of 13 days. I request him also to cancelled my current plan or recharge, but they are not responding properly. and said only do another recharge for data pack.

I requested to do need full….

I do objection of offer giving by airtel in my offer option.

If they are saying today, then they should give today also after customer request….
