This complaint is regards refund of Booking ID 5684998381.
I have booked 4 tickets on 29th July 2018. Please find below details for all four of them. For all four of them payment was done from my bank account 055801639325.

When i raised an query to PayTm customer care they asked me for my Bank Statement. I have provided that immediately after when i read that mail.
In my bank statement there is one credit transaction of 3269 on 10/10/2018. So they are considering it as refund for booking ID 5684998381. Then i clearly explained them that the amount 3269 that got credited on 10/10/2018 is refund for booking id 5684673142 but not for 5684998381. For verification you can check transaction description in my bank statement as “REV OF PMT ID 1501398257“. that is same for partial refund of 1713 (Got credited on 17/08/2018) and remaining refund 3269 (Got credited on 10/10/2018) for booking id 5684673142.
Now every time they are creating a new query for the same issue and replying the same text as amount got credited on 10/10/2018. On call they accepts that this is refund for 5684673142 but after 24 hrs on mail they mentions same text again. This has happened 4 times and i have shared my bank statement 3 times but the issue is still pending. Now their executives are not even replying properly to my queries.
