Dear Team,
I have purchased one Firebolt Smartwatch dated on – 19/01/2023 but product was mismatch.i Got Simple watch.
Than After I have Reised request For Replacement but the agent was denied for replacement than I Called to Amazon ccustomer care than she said that your Return Request Process.
Now I have delivered product to Agent but till date no update any Refund Amount.
So Do the needful for this case.
