I have ordered a black dial with black chain strap Titan analog watch for men of MRP 2998 but i have received a golden dial with black leather strap watch of MRP 2495. My return request was rejected with reason that it cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. I am not understanding this rejection reason as I have raise the return against wrong product delivery which is clearly visible in the pdf of product pics attached. I want to return the product and request the refund back to the original payment source .
