Hi I m a regular user of airtel with the last 15 year plus…..but I m really disappoint with service provide by ur outlet…not specific any…I have a 2 no…one is 9810522372 and 2and is 9810552372…twice no..on my no…with the beginning….but I strange…when outlet person talk me…that 9810552372 no..with umesh Kumar kaushik name…what is the joke…I never believe as a reputed company do as like things in the mkt..this is the only reason I have pod my old no..to jio…9810522372….but I m not understanding…when approx 8/10 year back when I was taken same series no.9810552372 on my name…even I have given that time my pan card and aadhar card on my name as Naresh Kumar Kaushik….so..if ur outlet person or sales outlet person deposited my kyc…and start my no..9810552372..so why can he say that it has some one name Umesh…pls check ur system and revert if have someone responsible and knowledgeable person…who can short out my complaint…..otherwise may be completely not possible to sustain in the market…..on every site and TV.u r doing add that 100 % satisfied 2 ur customer….may be will not be doing anything to show. the add..even u all need to do something correct ur system….and check my file….

It is fault 2 ur sales outlets department…..this is the only reason…today every 3ed person pod to their airtel no..to Jio….

Pls give clear and logical answer if anyone have in…Airtel…
