Text of Complaint by Geeta Sharma:

Sir or mam our complaint is that we have order one tablet name wizpad N20 HD +Display (10.5) inch 4G ,4GB RAM ,64 gb which is ordered on 9/07/20 we have got deleviry on 12/07/20 but they sent me a 3G white colour tablet which is broken very badly but we have already paid cash online worth rupees 4,299 and we have mail them about this and when we call them no one is taking call I am requesting you to please do something or say them to exchange this order or give our cash back to us as soon as possible .

  1. I have also received same model today from bookmytab.com, the product is an insult to tablets. There are no options of refund or return on website to claim.
