Regarding wrong cancellation of my order no. AWB 5931911577843 & Flipkart Order Number – OD334190869415457100) PATNA, BIHAR
In reference to the above I would like to inform you that I had ordered a Texam Car
Wash Jet Pump through Flipkart on 19.04.2025.
After waiting for a long time, I was supposed to get the delivery of that product on
26.04.2025.
The delivery boy of Delhivery courier service called me on
the delivery date and requested me to collect the product. But I was not available at
home at that time.
I requested him to deliver the product the next day. On this, He sent an OTP on my
mobile and told me that this OTP is for retrying for the next day. I read the said
message and told the delivery boy that this message is for permanent cancellation of
the order. Then he again referred me to the above mentioned things. Then I gave
them the OTP and again requested him not to cancel my order as the order came to
me after waiting for a long time.
After so many requests, finally the delivery boy submitted the OTP late evening and
cancelled my order.
