Dear sir,
Its very unfortunate that we have received wrong/excess billing 11/11/2018 to 10/12/2018 DEC. my plan is 399.
wrong VAS charges add Rs. 775 which i have not used . i have already complain to customer care in this regards , complain No- 568074822 on 15 dec. they assured me that it will be resolve/ waiver within 72 Hours, but still it is not resolved till date.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
